Open Medicines from the bottom bar. The Current tab lists every medicine you take now.

Each medicine card shows its name in big letters. Tap the card to see everything about it.

Tap a medicine and look at its ingredients — the substance that does the work, even when brand names differ.

Tap a medicine and see your recorded reason — what you or your doctor noted when it was added.

Tap a medicine — approved information appears there when available. If it shows nothing, reliable information is not available yet; ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Yes — different brands can contain the same ingredient. Compare the ingredients on both medicine screens; the Safety screen also warns about doubles.

Open the doctor visit summary from the Medicines screen, or share your list from the Share screen — the doctor sees it on their own phone or computer.

Profile → Caregivers lists everyone you allowed, what each may do, and a record of when they looked. You can remove anyone at any time.
